Spirit Shell's BIG NERF and 9.0.5 Healer Balance Changes!

Blizzard recently released patch notes for 9.0.5 as a systems and class tuning build in between raid tiers to provide some adjustments to specs and covenant abilities. The most notable of changes was to Spirit Shell, nerfing its efficacy from 100% of atonement healing to 80%.
